Sarah will be speaking about Creativity and Transition and how this has informed and inspired her pursuits over the years from an entrepreneur, a professor, an artist, studio owner and a mother of 2. As women, and as North American's we are often not taught to embrace times of transformation and being in limbo. In excepting these moments of pause we are welcoming a new chapter and allowing room for great ideas and inspiration. Sarah will be talking about her personal creative process and how weekly "Artists Dates" have given her time to feel balanced, honouring her soul purpose as she embarks on a time of change.
